This CERTIFICATE OF VALUE presumes
the Conversion Van or Truck to be in average condition overall, of

conversion should include the standard equipment customarily purchased

Our valuation considers the conversion to be sold or purchased "AS IS, WHERE IS." There are no freight, shipping or repair costs considered. Back taxes, liens, title encumbrances and any other type of legal ownership issue should be investigated by an industry professional. Title transfers should be handled by someone competent.
