Our Mission:
This CERTIFICATE OF VALUE presumes the
Mobile Home to be setup, hooked up to all utilities, skirted and
be in average condition. The placement site is considered to be an
average community. The home includes the standard equipment customarily
purchased with a new Mobile Home, such as the following items:
metal frame (with tires, wheels, axles and hitch attached), standard
exterior, central heating, fresh and waste water system, hot water
heater, range, refrigerator, carpet or vinyl floor coverings, kitchen, bath(s), bedroom(s), living area, windows, doors and curtains with rods.
Our valuation considers the home to be sold or purchased "AS IS, WHERE IS." There are no moving, setup or repair costs considered. Back taxes, liens, title encumbrances and any other type of legal ownership issue should be investigated by an industry professional. Title transfers should be handled by someone competent.
Our service is designed to give you a "ball park" retail value for the home you describe, but is not intended to take the place of an actual physical appraisal.
