CERTIFICATE OF VALUE

Our Mission:
This CERTIFICATE OF VALUE presumes the Motor Home to have average mileage, be in average condition overall, in reasonable working order and presentable inside and out. Cosmetic repairs can be expensive, therefore vehicles in excellent condition can bring higher book values. The Motor Home includes the standard equipment customarily purchased with a new Motor Home, such as the following items:  metal frame (with tires, wheels and axles), air conditioning, heating, fresh and waste water systems, stove, oven, refrigerator, kitchen, sleeping accommodations, toilet facilities, living area, windows, doors and seating. The Motor Home is permanently constructed as one of several vehicle styles including Type A Motor Homes, Type B Van campers and Type C Mini-Motor Homes. Many major truck and van manufacturers provide the vehicles the Motor Homes are built upon.

Our valuation considers the Motor Home to be sold or purchased "AS IS, WHERE IS." There are no freight, shipping or repair costs considered. Back taxes, liens, title encumbrances and any other type of legal ownership issue should be investigated by an industry professional. Title transfers should be handled by someone competent.

Our service is designed to give you a "ball park" retail value for the Motor Home you describe, but is not intended to take the place of an actual physical appraisal.

The values we provide are the opinion of our staff. We utilize numerous sources for reliable information; however, many conditions affect the value of a Motor Home including location, optional features, accessories, luxury equipment, local economy, mileage, physical condition, financing availability, etc. We cannot accept responsibility for errors or omissions. Please use the value we provide to guide you toward an educated decision when you buy or sell your Motor Home.

Thank you for using BOOKVALUEUSA. We hope you find our information helpful.
